Questions, answered.
Is Plans really free?
Yes. Plans and the events calendar are on the free Starter plan with unlimited users and e-mail support. The AI features, such as feedback, signals and chat, come with Intelligence.
Do I have to use Now, Next and Later?
No. Now, Next and Later is a good default, but you choose the fields and how cards are grouped. Show the same plan as a board, timeline, list or calendar.
How does a card stay linked to customer feedback?
When you turn a feedback item into a card, the card keeps the link to that item and to its signals and quotes. Anyone who opens the card can see why it is on the roadmap.
Can I share a roadmap with people outside product?
Yes. Invite sales, support or leadership to the workspace. Pricing is per workspace, not per seat, so adding people costs nothing extra.
How is this different from Jira or a spreadsheet roadmap?
Those hold the work but not the reason for it. In Roadmappy each card can carry the customer evidence behind it, and the feedback list shows what should come next.
