Set up ChatGPT in minutes

  1. 01In ChatGPT, open Settings → Apps & Connectors → Advanced settings and turn on Developer mode.
  2. 02Click Create, paste the server URL from Settings → MCP in Roadmappy and choose OAuth.
  3. 03Sign in with your e-mail code.
  4. 04Pick your workspace and click Allow.

The ChatGPT menus look different. What now?

OpenAI renames these screens often. If a step doesn’t match, follow OpenAI’s own guide for connectors in developer mode. The server URL stays the same.

Can ChatGPT change my data?

Only plans and their cards, and only if your role allows it. Feedback, meetings and your connected tools stay read-only.

Does it use AI credits?

Asking Roadmappy for a researched answer uses your workspace’s AI credits. Reading feedback and meetings doesn’t.

Where does the data go?

Results are sent to the AI provider you connect, here OpenAI. Admins see every connection and can turn MCP off for the whole workspace.
