Where do the answers come from?
From the data Roadmappy has read in your workspace: tickets, calls, CRM notes, reviews, Slack and meetings. Each answer cites its sources with links, so you can see what it is based on.
Can the AI get things wrong?
It can, which is why every answer shows its sources. Open them to check the context before you act on a conclusion. You can also rate an answer or ask it to try again.
How is this different from asking ChatGPT?
A general assistant does not know your customers. Roadmappy’s chat works from your own conversations, already filtered and grouped, and links each point back to the record it came from.
Can I ask in languages other than English?
