Call note, discovery call with a hotel group: “They plan rotas for three hotels in one spreadsheet. Asked twice whether managers can copy last week’s shifts into next week. Deal on hold until they know.”
Email from a bakery chain’s operations lead: “Our staff keep asking where their payslips are. They expect them in the app, not by email. Can you confirm this is coming?”

Questions, answered.
Does Roadmappy write anything to HubSpot?
No. Roadmappy asks for read-only scopes. It never edits records, logs activity or sends anything from your HubSpot account.
How much history does Roadmappy read?
All contacts, companies, deals and owners, the latest 2,500 calls, emails, meetings and notes of each type, and the latest 5,000 tickets. After that, new and updated records are read every day.
Does everyone need a HubSpot seat?
No. An admin connects HubSpot once for the workspace. Everyone in Roadmappy can then use the data in Chat and Reports.
Can I pause the sync or remove the data?
Yes. Switch the integration off to pause reading and keep everything already there. A workspace admin can also delete the integration together with every record Roadmappy holds from it.
