From a raw ticket to a verified signal
Read everything, keep what matters
Roadmappy reads every new record from your connected tools, all the time. Auto-replies, newsletters, internal chatter and bot loops are filtered out before anything is counted.
- Tickets, calls, CRM notes, reviews and Slack
- Auto-replies and bot loops filtered out
- New records read as they arrive
One signal per customer problem
Each real problem in a record becomes a signal with a type, such as a missing capability, a bug or UX friction. One long call can hold several signals; a thank-you note holds none.
- Typed: missing capability, bug, UX friction and more
- Several problems in one record are split apart
- Linked to the person and company behind it
Verified, then grouped
A quote is kept only if it appears word for word in the source, with a link back to it. Signals about the same problem are then grouped into one feedback item, whatever language they were written in.
- Every quote links to its conversation
- Same problem, one feedback item
- Grouped across languages
Questions, answered.
What counts as a signal?
A signal is one customer problem found in one record: a missing capability, a bug, a point of UX friction and so on. It keeps the customer’s exact words, the person and company, and a link to where it was said.
How do I know the AI did not make a quote up?
Roadmappy checks every quote against the source text. If the words do not appear there word for word, the quote is not kept. Each signal links back to the original conversation, so you can read it in context.
Do I need to set up tags or a taxonomy first?
No. Connect a tool and Roadmappy starts reading. Signals are extracted and grouped without any tagging, rules or categories from you.
Which languages does it understand?
It reads feedback in any language and groups signals about the same problem across languages. The original text is always kept, with a translation shown beside it.
Which plan includes the signal engine?
The signal engine is part of the Intelligence plan, priced per workspace with unlimited users. Slack, App Store, Google Play and Beamer are included there; Salesforce, Intercom and Aircall come with Intelligence+. HubSpot and Zendesk, also on Intelligence+, feed Chat and Reports for now.
