Questions, answered.
Why do I need to connect my Zoom account?
Zoom requires each user to sign in before a notetaker can join their meetings. You connect once, and it covers your own meetings only.
Does Roadmappy read my Zoom cloud recordings?
No. The Zoom connection is only used so the notetaker can join. Roadmappy doesn’t access your Zoom recordings, contacts or calendar.
Do participants know the call is recorded?
Yes. The notetaker joins as a visible participant with the name you choose. Let attendees know you are recording, in line with local law.
Can I upload a recording I already have?
Yes. Upload a video or audio file, such as MP4, MOV, MP3 or M4A, and it is transcribed and analysed like a live call.
