Every interview, searchable and quoted
Roadmappy records and transcribes your interviews, pulls out each problem with the exact words people used and puts it next to what tickets and app reviews say about the same thing.
Most friction is around payslips and cancelled shifts, in interviews and app reviews alike.
- 1“Payslip PDFs are hard to read on mobile” has 176 signals, rising, with 9 of them from interviews.
- 2Workers can’t see why a shift was cancelled, new since Sep 29 and raised in 4 of the last 6 interviews.
- 3Rating workers after a shift is losing interest: 39 signals and falling.
Research that stays alive after the readout
From interview recordings to findings the team can use
- 01
Record or upload
Let the notetaker join Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams, or upload recordings from earlier studies.
- 02
Find the problems
Each interview is transcribed and summarised. Every problem a participant describes becomes a signal with a verbatim quote.
- 03
Compare with the wider picture
See how an interview finding lines up with tickets, App Store reviews and Beamer comments on the same problem.
- 04
Share the evidence
Answer the team’s questions with quotes and links back to the exact moment in each interview.

Questions this team asks every week
- What do participants say about reading payslips on their phone?
- Which interview findings also show up in app reviews?
- What did we learn from the last five onboarding interviews?
- Find every quote about cancelled shifts.
- Which problems do managers and workers describe differently?
“I like how easy the system is to use. Once it’s connected to the right source, it gives me all the information I need quickly and efficiently.”

“The system is easy to use and provides information quickly and efficiently after connecting to the right sources.”

Questions, answered.
Can I upload interviews I already recorded?
Yes. Upload video such as MP4, MOV or AVI, or audio such as MP3, WAV or M4A, and Roadmappy transcribes and analyses them like any other call.
Does it work for interviews in other languages?
Yes. Meetings are multilingual. Signals in any language are grouped together, with the original quote kept and a translation shown.
Can I trust the quotes?
Yes. A quote is only kept if it appears word for word in the transcript, and every one links back to the source.
How is this different from a research repository?
Interview findings are not kept apart. They sit in the same ranked list as tickets, calls and app reviews, so you see how big a problem really is.
