What kinds of reports can I create?
Anything your customer data can answer. Common ones are a weekly product pulse, the top support issues, feature requests from a segment and lost-deal reasons from CRM notes and calls.
How often can a report run?
Daily, weekly on a day you choose, or monthly on the 1st, the 15th or the last day of the month. You can also run any scheduled report straight away.
Who receives the report?
You decide per report: send it only to yourself, to all users in the workspace, or not at all and read it in the app. Users are unlimited on every plan.
Do reports show where their findings come from?
Yes. Reports are built from the same verified signals as Feedback, so every finding rests on what customers actually said, not on a guess.
Which plan includes reports?
Reports are part of the Intelligence plan. Reports use AI credits from the plan’s monthly allowance: 50,000 on Intelligence and 150,000 on Intelligence+.
