How is this different from a voting board?
A voting board only hears from customers who visit it and click. Roadmappy reads the tickets, calls and notes you already have, so the ranking reflects what customers actually said, not who found the vote button.
How is the list ranked?
By signals, people, companies and momentum. You can sort by most signals in the last 30 days, newest or trending. There is no hidden priority score and no revenue weighting; you can see exactly why an item sits where it does.
What happens when the same problem appears twice?
Signals about the same problem are grouped into one item automatically. When two items still look alike, Roadmappy flags them as possible duplicates, and you merge them in one click.
Can I add feedback that is not in any connected tool?
Yes. Add an item by hand and Roadmappy checks whether a similar one already exists, so you can add to it instead of creating a duplicate.
How long until I see a ranked list?
Usually the same day. Connect a tool or two and Roadmappy starts reading right away; the first prioritised feedback is ready once those records are processed.
