Which meeting tools does the notetaker support?
Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams. It is scheduled from Google Calendar or Outlook. You can also upload recordings as video (MP4, MOV, AVI) or audio (MP3, WAV, M4A and more).
Does it work for calls that are not in English?
Yes. Calls are transcribed in the language they were held in, and translations are shown where needed. Signals from a German call and an English ticket about the same problem end up in the same feedback item.
How is this different from a general AI notetaker?
A general notetaker leaves you with a pile of summaries. Roadmappy also takes each customer problem from the call and adds it to your ranked feedback, next to tickets and CRM notes, so calls actually shape the roadmap.
Where is the meeting data stored?
