Questions, answered.
Do calls need a transcript in Aircall?
Yes. Roadmappy reads the transcripts Aircall produces. Calls without a transcript are skipped.
Does Roadmappy record our phone calls?
No. It reads the transcripts already in Aircall. Roadmappy’s own notetaker is for video calls on Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams.
How much history does Roadmappy read?
The last three months of calls when you connect. After that, new calls are read every day.
Can I pause the sync or remove the data?
Yes. Switch the integration off to pause reading and keep everything already there. A workspace admin can also delete the integration together with every record Roadmappy holds from it.
