Questions, answered.
Do I need a separate Google Meet connection?
No. Connect Google Calendar and the notetaker can join the Meet calls on it. You can also paste a Meet link to send it to a one-off call.
Which meetings does the notetaker join?
You choose: all meetings, external only, internal only or none. You can switch it on or off for any single meeting.
Do participants know the call is recorded?
Yes. The notetaker joins as a visible participant with the name you choose. Let attendees know you are recording, in line with local law.
Can I upload a recording I already have?
Yes. Upload a video or audio file, such as MP4, MOV, MP3 or M4A, and it is transcribed and analysed like a live call.
