Questions, answered.
Do I need a separate Teams connection?
No. Connect your Outlook calendar and the notetaker can join the Teams calls on it. You can also paste a Teams link to send it to a one-off call.
Our IT approves third-party apps. Will that block us?
Your organisation may require admin consent for calendar access. Once your IT admin approves Roadmappy’s read-only calendar permission, you can connect.
Do participants know the call is recorded?
Yes. The notetaker joins as a visible participant with the name you choose. Let attendees know you are recording, in line with local law.
Can I upload a recording I already have?
Yes. Upload a video or audio file, such as MP4, MOV, MP3 or M4A, and it is transcribed and analysed like a live call.
