From a recording to something your whole team can use
Every meeting lands in one place
When the notetaker records a call on Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams, it appears in the library on its own. Interviews you recorded somewhere else can be uploaded as video or audio and are processed exactly the same way.
- Notetaker calls arrive automatically
- Upload video: MP4, MOV, AVI
- Upload audio: MP3, WAV, M4A and more
Read instead of rewatching
Each meeting gets a full transcript in the language it was held in, an AI summary and the key learnings. Click a line in the transcript and the player jumps to that moment.

Work on it as a team
The library is shared with everyone in your workspace. Comment on a meeting, or ask it a question in chat and get an answer from the transcript. The problems customers raise go into Feedback, so every interview counts.

Questions, answered.
What goes into the meeting library?
Every call the Roadmappy notetaker records on Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams, plus any recording you upload. Both video (MP4, MOV, AVI) and audio (MP3, WAV, M4A and more) are supported.
Who can see the meetings?
Everyone in your workspace. Roadmappy is priced per workspace with unlimited users, so product, sales, support and research all work from the same recordings.
Can I ask questions about a meeting?
Yes. Every meeting has its own chat that answers from its transcript, so you can ask what a customer said about pricing without rewatching the call. To ask across all your meetings and other sources at once, use Chat.
What happens to the problems customers mention?
They become signals and go into Feedback next to tickets, CRM notes and reviews. Each one keeps the customer’s words, so you can trace a feedback item back to the meeting it came from.
Where is the meeting data stored?
Roadmappy is built in Switzerland and hosted in the EU, and it follows GDPR. Recordings and transcripts stay inside your workspace and are visible only to its members.
